Refund policy
We want your dog to actually settle — so every SniffRitual Calm Kit is backed by our 30-Day Calm Guarantee. Try the ritual for 30 days from delivery. If it's not right, here's how we make it right:
If a product arrives defective or damaged:
Just email us a photo at hola.sn@sniffritual.com within 30 days. We'll ship a free replacement — and you keep the original. No return needed.
If it's simply not for you: You have two options within 30 days of delivery:
- Return it for a refund. Send the kit back and we'll refund the purchase price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
- Keep it and take 110% store credit. Prefer not to ship anything back? Keep the kit and we'll issue 110% of your purchase price as store credit. No return required.
How to start a return or claim: Email hola.sn@sniffritual.com with your order number and (for defects) a photo. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Non-returnable: For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of used products for a cash refund unless they're defective — but the 110% store credit option is always available. Free gifts/promotional items must be included in any return.
Cancellations: Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to cancel or change an order that hasn't shipped.
