Shipping policy

Where we ship: United States (50 states). We don't currently ship internationally.

Cost: Free shipping on all US orders.

Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: Estimated 7–12 business days from order date. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Tracking: A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received tracking within 4 business days, email us at hola.sn@sniffritual.com.

Delays: Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control (weather, high-volume periods). If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us and we'll make it right.

Wrong or damaged address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once shipped, but we'll always help you find a solution.
