- Products & pricing. We do our best to display products, colors, and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders affected by pricing/description mistakes (with a full refund).
- Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order (e.g., suspected fraud or errors). You're responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
- Intended use & safety. SniffRitual products are dog enrichment tools for supervised use. Always supervise your dog. Our products and guides support calm behavior naturally and are not a medical treatment, diagnosis, or cure for any condition. For behavioral or medical concerns, consult a licensed veterinarian.
- Guarantee. Purchases are covered by our 30-Day Calm Guarantee as described in our Returns policy.
- Intellectual property. All Site content — text, logos, "SniffRitual", the Calm Kit™ name, images, and guides — is our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.
- User content. If you submit reviews, photos, or videos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them in our marketing. You confirm the content is yours to share.
- Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SniffRitual is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
- Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA.
- Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use of the Site means you accept the current version.
